Mission OverviewAs the Brand & Campaign Marketing Manager, you are the "entrepreneur" of your scope. You will lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns in Vietnam, ensuring they drive market motivation through strategic price positioning while maintaining a strong brand identity and leading an autonomous team.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Campaign & Price LeadershipLead the annual campaign roadmap, specifically adapting competitive pricing strategies to drive market demand and "reasons to buy" at Decathlon.Translate price-driven initiatives into compelling marketing stories that attract customers without compromising brand equity.Monitor market trends and retail competitors to ensure our value proposition remains the most attractive in the industry.2. End-to-End Execution & ROIOwn the full campaign lifecycle: from consumer insights and segmentation to final execution and agency management.Manage budgets with an owner's mindset, constantly optimizing for ROI and Incremental Revenue Impact.Use data-driven insights to drive personalization and campaign effectiveness.3. Leadership & EntrepreneurshipLead, coach, and empower a high-performing team; fostering a culture of autonomy and accountability.Act as a project owner, collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Analytics) to ensure seamless retail activation.Ensure team well-being and clear development paths while upholding Decathlon's values.

REQUIREMENTSTechnical Skills (Hard Skills):Leadership: Recruitment, talent development, and team management.Marketing: Campaign management (prioritized), experience in brand management, market research Operations: Budgeting, ROI analysis, market knowledge, and agency management.Compliance: Ethics, sustainability, and brand adherence.Track Record: Proven ability to execute high-impact campaigns focused on price-competitiveness and value-driven growth.Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills):Strategic thinking and critical analysis.Influence, collaboration, and high emotional intelligence.Decision-making and adaptability.Experience & Education:Retail Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in the retail industry.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or Business.Proven leadership experience in Campaign Management.
