Mô tả công việc
The Adult Vx - Brand Communication Manager will work with treatment doctors and key external experts in hospitals to build advocacy and recommendations for adult vaccinations and adult immunization in targeted population; and make relevant consultations to them supported by scientific knowledge which are aligned to their needs.
The Adult Vaccine BCM will drive departmental-level advocacy and cross-departmental collaboration between therapy areas for adult vaccinations and adult immunization with key decision makers (KDMs).
Key responsibilites:
1. Scientific Knowledge
• Understand GSK adult vaccine benefits and applies knowledge effectively in detailing activities.
• Continuously build knowledge of GSK multi-channel brand strategies.
• Build a comprehensive disease and pathology knowledge and leverages it with health-care professionals to support decision making.
• Have strong understanding of treatment guidelines and patient profiles and leverages them to build credibility with health-care professionals.
2. Activities Planning
• Use multiple data sources to analyses and review territory performance dynamics, identify territory trends and opportunities for GSK to address right HCPs.
• Based on health-care practices insights, develop multi-channel activities plans with strategically aligned ASMART objectives, prioritise health-care professionals for detailing, build and adjust robust territory coverage call plans.
• Implement multi-channel activities plans, uses KPIs to track performance and adjust plans where required.
• Tracking and monitor treatment HCP patient's recommendations progress with shared accountability for selected geography.
3. Detailing Skills
• Effectively engages with health-care professionals through an effective detailing approach or multi-channel detailing approach and is proficient in using appropriate multi-channel detailing platforms aligned to HCP's preferences.
• Actively prepares for, and executes the effective detailing approach for uncovering opportunities, making recommendations aligned to health-care professionals needs, addressing objections and effectively closing.
• Regularly measures call performance and seeks FLFL feedback to continuously improve.
• Builds collaborative internal and external relationships that enhance the health-care professionals' journey, channels their feedback into the wider organization.
• In all areas, demonstrate understanding of and compliance with laws, codes of conduct, policies and frameworks in which GSK operate and live our vision, values and expectations.
Yêu cầu
• Professional on pharmaceutical/medical industry
• Existing network with focused TAs
• Minimum Field Force detailing experience of 3 years (Senior MCS, PS)
• Must possess excellent commercial acumen, scientific orientation, problem solving, strategic planning & Execution and Collaboration & partnership with multiple stakeholders.
• Other Job-Related Skills/Background:
• Experience in launching new innovative therapies preferred
• Must possess excellent detailing skills, commercial acumen, scientific orientation, problem solving, operational planning & Execution and Collaboration & partnership with multiple stakeholders.
