Description the main duties of the position:
Assist
Brand Manager in manage imported western food category, new product development project.
Collaboration with departments to drive business performance: Sale, Marcom, Suppliers, Supply chain.
Roles and responsibilities:
Assist BM in product life cycle management: Stock & product shelf life control - Quality control, follow up with Q.A, supply chain and supplier - Manage offers price from supplier
Data analysis: prepare/consolidate data such as sale, stock, sale forecast for business review
Market research: Research market situation, new market trends, competitors to manage the sales of current products as well as develop new products
Sale support activites: propose promotion, incentive program / conduct internal product training and product testing sessions for the sales team
Coordinate with Marcom team to execute brand social media activities, events, POSM production
In charge of internal paperwork procedure
Other ad-hoc assigned by line manager
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG or Food companies
A Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing or a related discipline is required.

Competitive fixed salary.
Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day from Monday to Friday (lunch at the company).
Parking allowance: 300,000 VND/month.
13th-month salary bonus.
Year-end performance bonus: 1- 2 months' salary (based on performance evaluation).
Full salary during 60-day probation period.
