Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and maintain the brand identity framework, including brand values, tone of voice, visual language, and messaging architecture.
• Ensure all brand expressions align with the company's strategic objectives and market positioning.
• Conduct regular brand audits to assess consistency and relevance across all channels.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor branding to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Visual & Creative Identity
• Own and evolve the brand guidelines (style guide), covering logo usage, typography, color palette, imagery, and iconography.
• Oversee the creation and quality control of all branded assets - digital, print, packaging, and environmental.
• Partner with design teams, agencies, and freelancers to produce on-brand creative materials.
• Ensure brand integrity across product design, UX/UI, marketing collateral, and corporate communications.
Brand Governance & Compliance
• Act as the internal brand guardian, reviewing and approving materials before publication or distribution.
• Educate and train internal stakeholders on brand standards and proper brand usage.
• Manage brand asset libraries and ensure teams have access to up-to-date approved materials.
• Oversee brand compliance with external partners, vendors, and licensees.
Campaign & Channel Support
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
• Provide brand direction for digital channels including website, social media, email, and advertising.
• Support new product launches with brand identity development and rollout.
Measurement & Reporting
• Track brand awareness, perception, and equity metrics through surveys and analytics tools.
• Report on brand health KPIs and recommend actions to strengthen brand positioning.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in brand management, brand design, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing a brand identity across multiple channels and markets.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual design principles, and consumer psychology.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate brand vision clearly.
• Experience managing creative agencies and external partners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset - comfortable working with brand research data and performance metrics.
Nice to Have
• Experience with brand localization for international markets.
• Familiarity with UX/UI brand application in digital product environments.
• Background in typography or motion design.
