Realtek Singapore is seeking a Brand Management Specialist to be based in Ho Chi Minh City. This full-time role will collaborate closely with the Brand Management team in Singapore to strengthen Realtek's brand presence in the region.
You will drive marketing initiatives, shape social platforms, and champion employer branding. The role calls for at least five years of proven experience in brand management or marketing, fluency in English and Vietnamese, and familiarity with content creation tools
Key responsibilities:
Report to and collaborate with Realtek Singapore Brand Management team to localise and execute a holistic brand and marketing plan for Vietnam market
Identify and propose local brand activities that will strengthen and elevate the Realtek brand
Evaluate, manage and grow the social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook)
Execute integrated marketing activities across digital, PR, events, and campus recruitment drives to enhance employer brand visibility
Execute plans and activities as planned and formulate performance reports for evaluation of effectiveness
Provide local content to BMO as required for the purpose of amplification externally and internally
Performance tracking and reporting
Generate monthly report and actionable plan for management
Conduct periodic competitor research and present insights and recommendations to BMO

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications or integrated marketing functions, including PR, social media, events and
digital marketing.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working knowledge of content creation tools such as CAPCUT PRO, CANVA PRO. Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite.
Possess a recognised local or overseas university degree.
Experience working with global/regional offices and people of diverse backgrounds and comfortable working in a multi-department environment.
Strong ability to manage stakeholders across different seniority levels.
