Report to: Beauty General Manager.
Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
I. Responsibilities:
1. New Product Development (NPD):
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities to propose new products.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and R&D teams to develop formulations, packaging, and pricing strategies aligned with brand strategy.
- Work closely with legal teams to ensure products comply with regulations in target markets.
- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
2. Marketing & Product Launch:
- Develop go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing plans to maximize reach and sales.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, PR, KOL/KOC collaborations, and product sampling.
- Plan brand positioning, content development, and communication strategies for product messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize plans based on real-time data.
3. Brand Management & Awareness Growth:
- Develop long-term branding strategies, ensuring consistency in brand image and messaging across communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, proposing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
4. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop the marketing team to achieve business objectives.Assign tasks, oversee performance, and foster a creative and productive work environment.
II. Requirements:
1. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in
brand marketing, especially in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries.
2. Education: A degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
3. Professional skills:
- In-depth knowledge of product development, especially in cosmetics/skincare/makeup.
- Understanding of the market, consumer trends, and customer behavior in the beauty industry.
- Experience in implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital marketing, influencer marketing.
- Budget management skills, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work with factories and R&D departments to develop products.
4. Soft skills:
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, with the ability to analyze data and solve problems.
- Good communication skills, capable of working with multiple stakeholders (partners, factories, agencies, etc.).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
