Mô tả công việc
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
- Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Increase brand awareness & market share
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, and others
- Track farmer, distributor and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, margins, pricing and distribution
- Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products
- Work closely with departments such as manufacturing and R&D, Commericial to consult on package and product as it relates to branding
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and influencers.
- Be in charge of marketing budget administration according to Activity Plan.
Yêu cầu
- At least 01 years experience as Product/Brand Manager or 02 years as ABM. Prefer experience in Feed, Animal health
- Degree in Veterinarian, marketing or related.
- Domain of Vietnamese & English language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices for online marketing and measurement
