About AR Group
Department management:
Manage PR department, design, brand, digital
Guidance and control of quality and working time.
Assign work to members of the department in a reasonable way, work according to goals and improve efficiency
Budget plan:
Cost planning for other items: logistics, warranty goods, depreciated inventory, etc.
Planning expenses for organizing events for the group and its member companies
Cost plan for Brand&039;s activities.
Brand development, business support:
Analyze the market, product segmentation, determine brand positioning, convey ideas and messages of each brand to consumers.
Planning Brands promotion activities such as advertising, communication, events, direct implementation or transfer to external departments for implementation and control.
Building and controlling standards and images, brands for retail and distribution chain stores.
Transferring Brands & Products information to the communication department, implementing Marketing and monitoring that implementation according to the direction.
Work directly with NCC and BP to implement Marketing for brand activities, events to develop brand and sales.
Brand training:
Conveying information from the company to BP Sales, Trade marketing, Products, PR, internal training for related departments.Organize product and brand knowledge training for wholesale and retail business departments, support training for agents as required by business or marketing
