• Analyzing our brands positioning and consumer insights
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Manage a team of marketing assistant working on brand initiatives (1 to 3)
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPI's
• Own, Create and Control A&P Plan by Brand and Overall Marketing Budget
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
• Manage the point-of-sale inventory and control in flow and out flow;
• Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns
• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested;
• Social media and traditional media monitoring and management;
• Ad hoc required from management.
