Develop short-term and long-term brand plans & targets in line with brand visions, strategies, KPIs
Analyse internal & external market research data in order to understand brand issues and market opportunities
Track and monitor brand implementation, performance from both internal & external available resources to ensure agreed brand activities are effectively executed and brand issues to be fully captured.
Monitor and report brand support expenditure to ensure it does not exceed budget defined in operational Brand plan.
Develop and manage rich & creative social media plans that attract qualified audiences to our owned properties (including facebook, instagram, youtube, website, zalo, etc.)
Collaborate marketing designer, digital specialist and external resouces to plan and develop marketing materials for social media and enrich brand awareness at stores (including photo, video, article, guidebook, social post, POSM, ect.)
Create and publish daily engaging content to fit with brand tone of voice
Collaborate with digital marketing to frequently measure effectiveness of social media performance
Collaborate with local store marketing to develop and implement successful consumer engagement activities that fit with brand voice, strategy
Handle communication between brand marketing and other inter-departmental functions to ensure the brand plan is effectively executed and consumer engagement activities are effectively implemented in the store.
Yêu cầu
Proven at least 5-year experience in brand marketing (preferrable marketing F&B, creative agency, good content developer)
Well exposed to international influences (preferrable study abroad)
Food and beer lover (American BBQ, craftbeer preffered)
Excellent creative thinker, communication and writing in English
Familiarity with social media platforms
Attention to detail, think /operate strategically, focus and drive for result
High integrity and honesty
Hospitable, passionate
Sharp, energetic, dynamic, pressure adapter and agile player
