AKYN Hospitality Group is seeking a visionary Brand Manager to become the strategic and creative force behind our hospitality portfolio. We aren't just looking for a marketer; we are searching for a brand architect and a wordsmith who can transform abstract concepts into evocative guest experiences.
THE IDEAL PERSONA
• A Strategy-First Thinker: You have 5+ years of experience navigating the brand landscapes of Hospitality, F&B, or Luxury Lifestyle.
• An Agency/Consultancy Veteran: You understand the rigor of building brands from the ground up, preferably with a background in creative agencies or management groups.
• A Verbal Visionary: You possess a sharp command of language. You don't just "create content"; you craft narratives that resonate.
• A Positive Growth-Seeker: You bring a "can-do" attitude and infectious energy to the team. You thrive in a dynamic environment, viewing new or emerging tasks not as hurdles, but as opportunities to innovate and expand the brand's horizon.
YOUR CORE MISSION
1. Brand Architecture & Strategy
• Own and evolve the AKYN DNA and the unique identities of our individual properties.
• Orchestrate a seamless brand voice and visual language across every touchpoint.
• Direct the development of comprehensive brand guidelines that serve as the "North Star" for all brands.
2. The Art of Storytelling & Content
• Lead the narrative across digital, print, and experiential platforms. You ensure that every caption, brochure, and website copy reflects the brand's soul.
• Collaborate with the creative team to amplify our presence, ensuring we aren't just seen, but remembered.
• Support new property openings and rebrands with impactful, trend-conscious launch strategies.
3. Strategic Campaign Management & Agility
• Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that drive both brand equity and commercial results.
• Manage relationships with media, KOLs, creative teams, and business partners, acting as a sophisticated bridge between business goals and creative output.
• Embrace Change: Stay agile and ready to spearhead special projects or emerging initiatives that align with the group's rapid growth.
4. Cultural & Market Intelligence
• Be the internal "Brand Steward," educating teams on brand values and ensuring these standards are felt in the physical guest experience.
• Monitor global lifestyle trends and guest feedback to refine our positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Branding, Communications, or Hospitality.
• Experience: 5+ years in Brand Management, ideally within a hotel management group or a creative agency (handling F&B/Luxury clients).
• The "X" Factor: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese. A deep passion for design, culture, and the "art of the word."
• Execution & Attitude: Highly organized and detail-oriented. You are a resilient multi-tasker who maintains a positive outlook under pressure and is always willing to "go the extra mile" to support the team's success.
