As Brand Communication Lead, you sit at the intersection of creative thinking and operational leadership. You define the creative direction for Jemmia's communication campaigns, manage the Design and Content teams to bring ideas to life, and partner closely with Digital to ensure every message reaches the right audience with impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creative direction & strategy
- Propose and own the creative direction for monthly/quarterly brand communication campaigns from concept to final execution.
- Present campaign strategies and creative rationale directly to
Brand Manager and senior leadership.
- Develop big ideas that solve real customer and business challenges, rooted in cultural insight and emotional storytelling.
- Leverage core brand values to craft compelling narratives that deepen audience connection and strengthen Jemmia's identity.
2. Team leadership - Design & Content
- Lead and manage the Creative team (Designers/Art Director,
Content Writers,
Content Creators) to execute plans on time and at quality.
- Set creative briefs, review outputs, and maintain a consistent visual and tonal standard across all deliverables.
- Nurture team development, keeping the creative culture energized and ideas-driven.
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed for production and campaign asset delivery.
3. Digital collaboration & channel effectiveness
- Work closely with the Digital Lead to align communication plans with performance goals ensuring creative and media strategies reinforce each other.
- Oversee how brand stories translate across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond.
- Ensure omnichannel consistency across all brand touchpoints - social media, advertising, website, packaging, and showroom.
4. AI-powered workflow & team operations
- Actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate ideation, content drafting, and creative exploration.
- Introduce and standardize AI-assisted workflows within the Design and Content teams to improve output quality and turnaround speed.
- Use AI to support briefing, research, copywriting iteration, and visual concept development - while keeping human judgment at the center.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in creative roles (agency or client-side), with a strong campaign portfolio that shows strategic depth.
- Proven experience managing creative teams - able to guide, inspire, and hold the bar.
- A sharp creative thinker who can translate briefs into big ideas - witty, playful, but always purposeful.
- Passion for Vietnamese culture, digital trends, and platform storytelling (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Threads, etc.).
- Comfortable challenging briefs, pushing creative boundaries, and making work better.
- Good command of English.
