1/ Strategic Communication Planning: Lead the development and execution of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns to define brand positioning, enhance awareness, and drive user engagement across the entire digital ecosystem.
2/ Content & Brand Identity Management: Oversee creative content production, establish consistent messaging frameworks and brand tone of voice, ensuring a high-quality user experience across multiple channels including Social, PR, and Events.
3/ Driving Organic Growth: Collaborate with Product and Data teams to optimize organic traffic, build brand authority, and translate complex technological solutions into effective market-facing messages.
4/ Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and manage the performance of the MarCom team, taking responsibility for budget optimization and measuring the ROI of communication activities based on real-world data.
5/ Relationship & Risk Management: Establish strategic relationships with media partners and press agencies; proactively develop crisis management plans to protect brand reputation in all situations.
Yêu cầu
1/ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
2/ Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Marketing Communication/PR, with a deep understanding of multi-channel communication campaigns.
3/ Leadership Track Record: At least 2 years of experience in managerial or team lead roles, with a proven ability to lead teams toward strategic objectives and business outcomes.
4/ Strategic & Data Mindset: Sharp strategic thinking accompanied by a data-driven mindset.
5/ Storytelling Mastery: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English to communicate high-impact messages.
6/ Campaign Execution: Experience operating multi-channel campaigns (Online & Offline) for large-scale user bases.
7/ Organic Growth Expertise: Solid understanding of how to scale organic traffic and build social media communities.
8/ Project & Crisis Management: Advanced project management skills and the ability to handle crises with agility.
9/ Interpersonal Competencies: Strong leadership, creative problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
