Translate CEO-led brand vision into clear operating frameworks
Reduce brand dependency on individuals through systems
Act as the CEO's right hand in brand execution

6-10 years' experience in Brand Operations, Brand Management, or Project Leadership
Background in luxury, premium fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality preferred
Strong systems thinking with high execution discipline
Polished communication and calm authority
Fluent English required
