2. Manage
telesales, digital leads, social leads & CRM
- Monitor and optimize multi-channel lead generation performance.
- Improve booking, show-up, and sales conversion rates.
- Ensure data quality and customer engagement performance.
3. Cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Ensure fast response time and consistent customer experience.
- Support campaign execution and sales activation activities.
4. Set KPI & performance management
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Analyze data to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports on revenue, performance, and growth trends.
5. Recruit & develop O2O team
- Recruit and train O2O team members aligned with company goals.
- Build a high-performance and operational discipline culture.
- Develop sales capability, data-driven mindset, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, retail, FMCG, or service industries
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role
- Strong experience in O2O, digital sales,
telesales, CRM, or multi-channel sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze sales performance and optimize conversion funnel.
- Experience in fitness/gym industry is a strong advantage.
