About the roleOwn the brandcom sales channel across our consumer brands. Drive revenue growth while making sure product information, pricing, promotions and user experience meet each brand's standard. Run our current Haravan sites, lead the move to Shopify for new brands, and keep every site improving through structured research and experimentation.
Responsibilities
Brandcom strategy and P&L: Plan sales calendars, promotions, ad budgets and revenue targets for the channel.
Platform and vendor management: Manage day-to-day operations on Haravan. Write briefs, specs and acceptance criteria for agencies building on Shopify. Track timelines, tickets and SLAs, and escalate early when vendors are late or deliver defects.
Research, innovation and continuous improvement:
Run a regular improvement cycle for each site: analyze funnel data, heatmaps, session recordings and customer feedback to find friction and opportunities.
Benchmark leading D2C sites, local and international, in home appliances and premium categories.
Track emerging practices in UX, personalization, checkout, loyalty, content commerce and site performance.
Maintain a prioritized roadmap of upgrades and experiments (A/B tests, new features, layout and content changes), with clear hypotheses, success metrics and owners.
Evaluate new tools, apps and integrations (analytics, CRO, CRM, email and messaging, search and merchandising) with cost and risk assessed before adoption.
Review results after each release and feed learnings back into the roadmap. Share insights with Brand, Content and Ads teams.
QA and launch gate: Own and enforce a pre-publish checklist covering pricing, promotions, after-sales policy, product information and UX/UI. Experiments and upgrades pass through the same gate.
Tracking, technical SEO and CRO: Make sure analytics, pixels, Search Console, page speed and site structure are set up correctly.
Use data to improve conversion.
Own the paid acquisition plan for the brandcom channel: set budgets and targets by brand, review ad performance and landing page alignment regularly, and decide where spend and site improvements should go based on blended results.
Process build & optimization: Build processes and documentation, and keep access to domains, hosting, ad accounts and payment gateways under company ownership.
Cross-functional work: Partner with Brand, Content, Production, Marketplace E-commerce and Logistics. Define integration requirements for payments, shipping and e-invoicing on Shopify.
Qualifications
3-4 years in e-commerce, including at least 2 years running a D2C website.
Experience managing vendors or agencies on web builds, including writing briefs and running acceptance testing.
Proven experience running structured CRO or experimentation programs, with examples of measurable uplift.
Solid performance marketing knowledge including campaign structure, budget allocation, attribution, and other analysis. Able to direct, audit and optimize ad performance end to end, and to connect ad data with on-site behavior.
Working knowledge of tracking, technical SEO and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and/or Haravan, ideally including platform migration.
Basic website technical code knowledge, enough to read code and review vendor output.
Strong quality judgment: able to tell the difference between errors that can be fixed after launch and errors that must be right the first time (pricing, policies, legal information).
Experience with home appliances or premium consumer brands.
Business level of English for working with agencies and reading international benchmarks.
What we offer
Salary range: Competitive monthly gross + Performance-based Bonuses (15-20 salary months annually).
Social insurance and healthcare coverage upon successful completion of the 2-month probationary period.
Private health insurance (after 6 months of employment) and employee assistance programs (birthdays, sick leave, hospitalization, and other personal needs).
Regular team-building activities, year-end parties, and other social events to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 17:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM).
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM (or work from home as per manager's discretion).
