Manage software/application development projects.
Act as the main contact point between clients and the development team.
Gather, analyze and clarify business requirements from clients.
Analyze client requirements, mockups and Figma designs to identify unclear or missing requirements.
Create basic design documents, including functional specifications, business flows, UI wireframes and screen transition flows.
Communicate clarified requirements to the development team and work together to define suitable solutions.
Manage project resources, schedules, risks and costs.
Supervise project progress and team performance.
Take part in project from the first stage, including:
Research competitive services
Function definition
Database design
Design Routing Map ( create sitemap và other related tasks)
Quotation
Project development planning (Goals, resources, milestones, WBS, risk...)

Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of experience as BrSE, BA working with Japanese clients, or in a similar role in software development projects.
JLPT N2+ with strong Japanese communication and documentation skills.
Experience working with Japanese clients and coordinating between clients and development teams.
Strong skills in requirements analysis, clarification, documentation, and change management.
Experience managing project scope, tasks, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and changes.
Good communication skill and critical thinking skill
Highly responsible in work, good awareness of product quality
Nice to have:
Experienced working with Agile/Scrum development teams
Good understanding Japanese culture and working style
Knowledge of API specifications, database concepts, and SQL, especially MySQL.
Experience with estimation, quotation, project planning, release, and post-release operations.
JLPT N2+ with strong Japanese communication and documentation skills.
Experience working with Japanese clients and coordinating between clients and development teams.
