The Job

Work with Japanese client to get all project information, required documents, ...

To be a bridge in communication between Japanese client and Project team in VN on all project-related matters;

Collaborate with the PM/P0 to plan, estimate project implementation efforts and monitor project progress;

Check the quality of the project's output products before delivering them to client;

Act as a bridge to exchange with client, Q&A, have solutions to solve problems arising in the project, and problems after handover;

Your Skills and Experience

Your Skills and Experience (Must have)

Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher.
Proficient in at least 1 programming language
Have experience making DataBase
Experience in doing Outline design/Basic design/Detailed design
More than 1 year of experience in BrSE position

Big bonus: (Nice to have)

Prior experience working in Japanese IT companies is preferred.
Strong logical thinking, problem summarization, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of IT workflows with the ability to adapt flexibly.
