[BSC] Media Perfomance Manager

Job Description
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns in line with agreed KPIs between stakeholders.
Monitor campaign performance to ensure efficiency, budget control, and timeline compliance.
Prepare and deliver performance reports for each campaign according to the agreed reporting schedule.
Proactively propose optimization solutions related to:
Creative assets (images, videos, content)
Target audience segmentation
Campaign structure, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
Other relevant operational and technical factors to improve advertising performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Media Planning, Digital Media Buying, or Performance Marketing.
Proven experience managing and optimizing medium to large advertising budgets (from hundreds of millions to multi-billion VND per month).
Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms:
Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, TikTok Ads (multi-platform experience is a strong plus).
Professional Competencies
Strong ability to develop media plans aligned with business objectives and defined KPIs.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimize key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Holistic optimization mindset covering creative assets, audience targeting, funnel structure, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
Proficient in reporting, data presentation, and performance analysis.
Proactive in proposing optimization ideas and operational improvements.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and partners.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
High pressure tolerance with KPI- and performance-driven mindset.
Strong sense of ownership, transparency, and accountability for results.
