Operation & Maintenance of Technical Systems
Operate, inspect, and perform periodic maintenance for the following systems:
• Air Conditioning System: Chiller, PAU, AHU, FCU
• Electrical System: Medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage panels, ATS, backup generators
• Water Supply & Drainage System, STP
• Fire Protection System, central fire alarm panel
• Elevator system
• Other systems: BMS, PA, CCTV
Monitor overall building performance to ensure continuous and safe operations.
Other Responsibilities
• Detect and handle technical issues promptly
• Develop maintenance plans and periodic technical reports
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs
• Prepare budgets and manage expenses for technical items
• Support other departments when required
Yêu cầu
Requirements & Qualifications
- Male
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/ Refrigeration / HVAC/ Mechanical &
Electrical Engineering (MEP)
- Competent in English for workplace communication, including writing, reading reports and interacting with foreigners
- Proficient in computer usage
- Knowledge of building mechanical and central air conditioning systems
- At least Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in commercial buildings, office towers, or property management.
- Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively as part of a team or independently
