Business Analyst Middle/Senior

We are a Vietnam-based e-commerce technology startup building a platform for sellers to launch and scale cross-border dropshipping stores, think Shopify, but purpose-built for dropshipping. Our ecosystem spans storefront management, supplier integration, automated order fulfillment, and cross-border logistics. We're growing fast and need a BA who can own the product thinking, not just the documentation.

• Working location: CMC Tower- 11 Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Hanoi
• Type: Full-time

• Work closely with stakeholders including BOD and cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Build and maintain the product backlog, create User Stories, Use Cases, and other relevant documents.
• Analyze, prioritize, and communicate requirements clearly to the development team following the Agile/Scrum process.
• Prepare BRD, FRS documents, and detailed product function guides.
• Create process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust and update documents according to changing requirements.
• Participate in project meetings (sprint planning, review, retrospective) to ensure requirements are implemented as agreed.
• Support the development team during testing, clarify requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Monitor, collect, and analyze product data post-deployment to evaluate performance and propose improvements.
• Participate in training, share experiences, and mentor junior BA team members.
