About The Product
Passio App (TAP - TikTok Affiliate Platform) is Ecomobi's application for Creators/KOLs/KOCs within the TikTok & Affiliate ecosystem, operating across multiple markets (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines). The product covers several business modules such as Affiliate Campaign, Booking Campaign, New Feed, Payment/Billing, Chat Support, and a multi-country, multi-campaign access-control (ACL) system.
The Business
Analyst bridges Business, Product Owner, and the Development team to turn market and creator needs into clear, feasible, value-generating business solutions.
What You Will Do
Work with the Product Owner & stakeholders to identify, clarify, and finalize functional requirements for Passio App features.
Collaborate with the Business team to prioritize requirements in order to maximize business value.
Detail requirements (BRD, SRS, user stories, business rules, use cases, acceptance criteria) to ensure the Development team understands them correctly and fully.
Analyze and model business processes (business process/flow, BPMN, UML) for creators across multiple markets.
Gather market trends and internal data, and use Google Analytics (GA) to conduct business analysis and provide recommendations and enhancements to the business.
Develop data-driven reports and insights to support Product Owners in making informed business and product decisions.
Query and analyze data (SQL / ClickHouse) to understand creator behavior, validate requirements, and track feature performance.
Constantly look for ways to improve the existing product, discover issues, and deliver better value to the end-user (creator).
Perform integration testing / UAT to control product quality before release.
Help design, document, and maintain system processes; manage backlog/tickets in Jira and take part in refinement and sprint planning under Agile/Scrum.
Collaborate with the Design team (Figma) to ensure consistent business solutions and user experience.
What You'll Need
3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in product-based companies; preference for candidates who have worked on mobile apps or high-traffic, multi-user platforms.
Preference for candidates with experience in the TikTok ecosystem (TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads, influencer/affiliate platforms), e-commerce, or Fintech; candidates who have been involved in AI-related projects are a plus.
Proficient in writing business documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories, use cases) and in process modeling (BPMN/UML/flowchart).
Proficient SQL skills to independently query and analyze data; hands-on with Google Analytics (GA) and a data-driven mindset.
Understanding of databases, APIs, and basic-to-advanced technical concepts; awareness of technology constraints.
Proficient with Jira and Figma/[protected info]; solid grasp of the Agile/Scrum process.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills; a strong end-user mindset with the ability to model and document business processes effectively.
Good English (reading & writing) to work in a multi-market environment (VN/ID/TH/PH) and with foreign colleagues and partners.
Nice to have: knowledge of payment/billing business logic, access-control (ACL) systems, and data pipeline/data warehouse.
