Job Summary:
The Business Analyst / Product Owner - Data Product will lead the development and execution of data product strategies that align with the bank's digital transformation initiatives. This role involves designing, building, and implementing data products and features to support various use cases, such as Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) platforms. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure the seamless integration and performance of data products across the bank's digital landscape.
Accountable and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Roadmap Development:
Develop a strategic roadmap for data product offerings aligned with the bank's digital transformation goals and customer target segments.
- Data Product Development:
Design, build, and implement data products and features to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders and relevant units/departments to gather requirements and understand use cases for the development of data pipelines, data features, and analytics use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders and relevant units/departments to integrate and deploy data products as part of go-to-market plans and initiatives.
- Business Requirements Documentation (BRD):
Develop comprehensive BRDs that capture business objectives, functional requirements, data sources, and expected outcomes for each use case related to data feeding for digital transformation use cases: LOS, CRM, AML, Internal Fraud, AIML.
- Resource Management:
Organize and manage resources effectively, including human resources and digital systems, to support the development and delivery of data products.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of data products and features, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- User Experience Support:
Support relevant business units/departments in addressing user experience issues and resolving problems related to digital data features during implementation.
- Training and Development:
Responsibility for personnel training within the team, ensuring team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute their roles effectively.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economic, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in data product management, business analysis, or a related role in the banking industry.
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects, particularly in Data areas using for: LOS, CRM, AML, and AI/ML platforms..
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and data analytics.
- Experience in developing and managing BRDs.
Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of data management and data quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and big data technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand complex data requirements and design effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document requirements clearly.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving project requirements.

NCB thực hiện chiến lược phát triển định hướng bán lẻ với một số nhóm sản phẩm chủ lực, hướng đến nhóm khách hàng mục tiêu chính là giới trẻ, các hộ kinh doanh, các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ trên nền tảng công nghệ hiện đại, phương pháp quản trị tiên tiến. Ngân hàng TMCP Quốc Dân - NCB được thành lập từ năm 1995 theo Giấy phép số 00057/NH-CP ngày 18/09/1995 của Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam dưới tên gọi Ngân hàng Sông Kiên. Sau đó, từ một ngân hàng nông thôn, NCB đã chuyển đổi quy mô thành ngân hàng đô thị, đổi tên thành Ngân hàng TMCP Nam Việt- Navibank. Đến năm 2014, NCB chính thức được đổi tên thành NH TMCP Quốc Dân - NCB. Trải qua 25 năm hoạt động, NCB đã từng bước khẳng định được vị thế thương hiệu trên thị trường tài chính - tiền tệ Việt Nam.

Từ đầu năm 2013, nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày càng tăng của thị trường và duy trì vị trí của mình trong môi trường cạnh tranh khốc liệt, Ngân hàng TMCP Quốc Dân đã bắt đầu tiến hành tái cấu trúc hệ thống với định hướng phấn đấu trở thành một trong các ngân hàng thương mại bán lẻ hiệu quả nhất. Để hoàn thành mục tiêu đó, NCB đã nỗ lực tập trung vào những yếu tố cốt lõi như: thay đổi cơ cấu tổ chức hướng đến việc tách bạch giữa các khối kinh doanh với các khối quản trị và hỗ trợ, cải tiến các quy định, quy trình, thay đổi cấu trúc kinh doanh, củng cố và nâng cao năng lực cán bộ nhân viên, tăng cường quản trị rủi ro,...
