Business Analyst

Competencies:
4-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in product-based companies, with a strong preference for candidates who have been involved in AI-related projects or worked within the TikTok ecosystem (e.g., TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads, influencer platforms);
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
A strong end-user mindset with the ability to model and document business processes effectively;
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation;
Proficiency in English (reading - writing) is a plus;
Demonstrates self-discipline, a proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fỉst-paced environment.
