What You'll Do
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Create and maintain business documents, including BRD, SRS, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
Collaborate closely with Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct requirement clarification sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, [protected info], Figma, Visio, or similar.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
