The team you will be part of The D&AI team transforms multi-platform data into governed insights and AI-powered assistance for our business and clients. We run agile, iterative cycles to standardize KPIs, expose opportunities, and embed answers into daily workflows. By fusing internal performance with market intelligence, customers gain profitable growth through continuous gap/opportunity discovery, leaner operations via automation, and faster, accountable decision-making.
The part you will play
We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to immediately contribute to our Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) build while owning day-to-day dashboard and reporting delivery.
This role is focused on execution: building trusted semantic metrics, delivering high-quality dashboards/reports, and supporting BAU analytics needs across stakeholders.
Core stack: BigQuery, [protected info], Apache Superset, Looker Studio.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will take charge of
Build DaaS semantic and reporting foundations
Design and maintain governed semantic models in [protected info] (measures, dimensions, business logic).
Standardize metric definitions across Superset and Looker Studio to ensure consistency.
Partner with data engineering to ensure BigQuery models are reporting-ready and reliable.
Maintain documentation for KPI definitions, report logic, and data assumptions.
Build dashboards and reports (core expectation)
Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Apache Superset and Looker Studio.
Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for business and regional stakeholders.
Translate business questions into actionable visualizations and clear insights.
Improve dashboard usability, performance, and data trust.
Own BAU analytics support
Handle BAU report/dashboard requests and incidents with clear prioritization.
Troubleshoot data/reporting issues and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
Ensure SLA-oriented turnaround for critical business reporting needs.
Reduce duplicate requests by improving reusable dashboards and metric layers.
Execute delivery in Scrum/Kanban mode
Manage work through backlog, sprint/kanban flow, estimation, and status updates.
Break work into clear tasks/stories and communicate progress and risks.
Balance DaaS build work with BAU commitments.
Support practical AI adoption in analytics
Apply AI tools where useful (e.g., n8n/LLM workflows) to improve reporting efficiency.
Contribute to AI-enabled analytics use cases such as metric discovery and reporting automation.
Requirements
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
5+ years in BI/analytics with strong hands-on dashboard/report delivery.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with BigQuery (or equivalent cloud data warehouse).
Strong hands-on experience with Apache Superset and Looker Studio (or equivalent BI tools).
Experience with data modeling for analytics (fact/dimension, KPI logic, semantic consistency).
Familiar with agile delivery ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong stakeholder management and requirement translation skills.
Able to manage BAU and project delivery in parallel.
Nice-to-have
Hands-on [protected info] experience (highly preferred).
Experience in eCommerce/marketplace analytics.
Exposure to n8n, LLM APIs, or AI-assisted analytics workflows.
Python, App Script exposure (optional, not required).
