Role Purpose
Marou is strengthening its digital operating capabilities to support business growth, standardize data, and improve cross-functional collaboration. The Digital Transformation & IT team is responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving business application platforms that support retail, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and other business operations.
The Business Application Executive is responsible for daily operational support, user request handling, and continuous improvement coordination for Marou's business application landscape, including ERP, POS, Master Data Management (MDM), OneTrace, and other business applications. This role acts as a bridge between end users, business functions, implementation partners, and the DT & IT team to ensure stable system operations, accurate data, and effective support for daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Application Support
- Receive, classify, resolve, and follow up user tickets across ERP, POS, MDM, OneTrace, and other assigned business applications.
- Support end users in daily system operations, including functional guidance, error checking, and issue coordination.
- Track ticket progress, update users on status, and ensure issues are handled based on priority and business impact.
- Coordinate with vendors, key users, and relevant departments to resolve functional issues or simple change requests.
2. ERP & POS Functional Support
- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV or related ERP modules covering Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, and Retail Operations.
- Support POS/LS Central store operations, including sales, pricing, promotions, returns, receipt printing, data synchronization, and ERP-POS integration issues.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), new feature deployment, configuration changes, or new store opening support when assigned.
- Capture recurring issues, summarize common problems, and suggest improvements to the support process.
3. Master Data Management Operations
- Support the creation, update, verification, and maintenance of master data such as Item, Customer, Vendor, Pricing, BOM, store-related data, and other relevant data domains.
- Ensure data is complete, accurate, properly formatted, and compliant with current data control procedures.
- Coordinate with business departments to verify information before updating data into the system.
- Monitor and report data quality issues to the Business Application Assistant Manager or direct manager.
4. OneTrace & Digital Transformation Projects
- Support OneTrace operations and traceability-related processes when assigned.
- Support key users in data entry, data checking, operational issue handling, and user guide documentation.
- Participate in UAT, training, rollout, and hypercare activities for new digital transformation projects when assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in business application support, ERP systems, or related areas.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, LS Central, or similar ERP and POS systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
