Mô tả công việc
1. Sales and Outreach
Proactively reach out to leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to inform them about our English courses.
Provide detailed information about course offerings, curriculum, schedules, and pricing to potential clients.
2. Research and Development
Conduct comprehensive research to identify the specific English communication challenges faced by working adults.
Collect data and feedback from potential participants, employers, and subject matter experts to inform program development.
3. Teaching Assistant
Help teachers prepare lesson plans, including collecting materials and setting up equipment.
Assist teachers with various tasks, like grading assignments, informing students' progress, and uploading test on LMS..
4. Professional Development and values

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English/ESL, Business or Educational fields;
• High level of English competence proved by result of standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, VSTEP, ...)
• Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills; problem solving skill, time management skills; management skills and project coordination experience;
• Professional working style: gentle, willing to assist colleagues in work;
• Good communication in English in term of global perspectives;
• Adequate health conditions; good attitude and work spirit;
• Global thinking, logical thinking and critical thinking;
• Personal traits: honesty, high responsibility, enthusiasm, eag
