Job Title: Business Developer - Invertek Lead
Department: SMVN
Reports to: CM
Product Lead &
Business Development (Invertek - Inverter Products), Vietnam
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Lead & Business Development professional to drive the growth of Inverter (VFD) in the Vietnam market.
What You'll Do
• Lead product strategy and business development for Invertek (VFD/Inverter) products nationwide.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through strong industry networks.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with key customers, distributors, OEMs, and system integrators.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to shape product positioning and go to market strategy.
• Work with regional/global teams to execute marketing, sales, and technical initiatives.
Yêu cầu
What We're Looking For
• 5-10 years of experience in VFDs, automation, or power transmission (product, sales, BD).
• Strong market knowledge and experience with competitor brands (Schneider, Siemens, ABB, Delta, Danfoss, etc.).
• Extensive network within industrial automation, machinery, OEMs, and SI communities.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
