As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Falinwa Vietnam by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with C-level executives, and selling Odoo ERP integration services, Cluedoo licenses, and Odoo consulting services. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, playing a key role in expanding our footprint in the Vietnamese and APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B leads across various industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, IT, etc.) through networking, outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects to gather deep insights into their company operations, pain points, and system requirements.
Solution Pitching: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations of Odoo ERP and Cluedoo tailored to the specific business needs of the prospect.
Sales Cycle Management: Prepare, send, and negotiate offers, including quotations, implementation phases, and licensing proposals.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain clean and updated records of all sales activities, opportunities, and lead statuses within the internal Odoo CRM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Functional Consultants and Technical Teams to validate project scopes and ensure the proposed solutions are viable and scalable.
Reporting: Manage subscription reports, track weekly sales KPIs, and participate in local and group-level sales meetings to discuss strategies and market conditions.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales,
Business Development, or Account Management. (Experience in selling SaaS, ERP systems, or IT/software solutions is a massive advantage).
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese. (French or Chinese is a plus, given our global footprint).
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into software solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven. Ability to thrive in a multicultural, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
