Position: Business Development and Sales
Location: Ha Noi - Bac Ninh - Vietnam

We are looking for a self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Make cold calls to engage new customers.
• Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
• Serve customers by identifying their product application and then proposing suitable products.
• Learn and gain competency in the company's products.
• Prepare quotations for customers.
• Meet KPIs
• Meet sales operation requirements
• Write a summary email including action items to the customer after every visit.(within 1-2 days)
• Copy
sales supervisor and product marketing on every email to the customer.
**Project management**
• Lead project team, tracking progress against key milestones and reviewing performance metrics to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintaining spreadsheets, reports and project documentation.
