Business Development Director(Logistics, $4500, ID17009):
Set and monitor sales targets, client engagement, and service quality, while developing strategic plans to expand market presence and focus on key accounts.
Ensure effective use of Salesforce for tracking sales activities and implement national business initiatives to drive market penetration.
Monitor KPIs, manage sales budgets, and collaborate with the product team to develop solutions for local growth, while maintaining timely payments.
Lead market promotions, foster relationships with clients and overseas teams, and actively contribute to sales efforts.
Motivate and develop the sales team, providing mentoring and career development while ensuring a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
Gender: Male/Female; 35-45 years old.
University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience as a Business Development Director in the freight forwarding industry, specializing in both air and sea freight operations.
Fluent in English.
