We're looking for a Business Development Executive who will take the lead in attracting, engaging, and nurturing high-value players through exceptional experiences and personalized service. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Player Development programs to attract, retain, and maximize loyalty among premium players.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, identifying potential VIP/VVIP players and business partners.
• Deliver superior guest experiences through personalized service, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Guide and support Hosts/BDRs, approving player-related requests and ensuring top-tier guest handling.
• Monitor and analyze player activity to tailor marketing campaigns and event invitations.
• Plan and execute special events and player engagement programs aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Manage and update player databases to ensure accurate records for tracking, follow-up, and event invitations.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation and trust.
