Mô tả công việc
- Doing market research for real estate projects such as apartment, condominium, hotel & resort, villas, townhouse, and others;
- Doing Pre-Feasibility Study or Feasibility Study for investment projects;
- Look for new construction bidding project for civil and architecture projects;
- Manage tender processes of construction bidding projects;
- Build up the relationship with clients, professional partners, brokers;
- Advise on bidding strategies and investment matter;
- Support other admin works as assigned from direct manager;
- Other task assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
- Obligation-Basic Conditions:
+ Bachelors Degree in business or Equivalent Experience;
+ 8 years prior work experience in Real estate Sales, Business Development, investment consultant or related positions;
+ Can make Pre-FS or FS for investment projects;
+ Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power
Point;
+ Excellent written and verbal English skills;
+ Good connection with developers, professional consultant companies and investment brokers.
- Priority/preferred conditions:
+ Having good experience working with local/ foreign consultant, designer, construction-contractor companies;
+ Having good experience working with state company;
+ Having available channel to get new project tender information or investment project opportunities;
+ Ability to think strategically;
+ Self motivated;
+ Teamwork skills.
