Overall Job Objectives:
Step into a pivotal role shaping HCM's next phase of growth-win new leads, open new industry segments, and strengthen dealer partnerships to deliver fit-for-purpose chassis and body solutions that move customers forward; join us and help expand our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support dealer to sales: Proactively hunt for new leads for traditional segments.
• Solution verification: Work closely with the dealer technical/sales team and customer to customize solutions (chassis + body) that meet the segment needs (demand + price) of new segments. At the same time, promote the draft solutions from the dealer TA plan to verify and commercialize the solutions.
• Dealer Networking: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with dealers to ensure the dealer contribution/interest in new segment penetrations.
• Social/ marketing: responsible for social media replies to have a proper understanding about lead/ segments and continue to have a mutual discussion with dealers to generate leads or push for new segments. Keep an eye on pending/failed leads.
• New market Exploration: Identify and penetrate new industry segments (e.g., Petrol, Mining, Railway) outside of our traditional customer base.
Yêu cầu
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the Truck/Commercial Vehicle industry.
• Network: Proven track record of developing new markets or working with diverse B2B client portfolios.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of truck specifications, chassis types, and technical configurations.
• Mindset: A "Hunter" mentality. Highly resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in unproven markets.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Bonus: Experience in "Body-building" or "Chassis" is a major plus. Have network database from Chinese manufacturers, construction contractors/ fleet is also a plus.
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and committed
• Able to speak well English and Vietnamese (IELTS 6-6.5)
