Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software outsourcing and ODC market.
Build and execute
business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Present and promote KIMEI Global's software development and outsourcing solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead commercial discussions, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing activities.
Track sales performance and regularly report business activities, customer insights, and market feedback.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the IT outsourcing industry.
Experience working with ODC projects or software development services is highly preferred.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Good understanding of business development processes and sales methodologies.
Strong presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to analyze market information and develop effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of software development services and IT solutions.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
