Việc làm Business Development Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Executive (IT outsourcing services) to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive sales for our IT outsourcing services-particularly website development and ODC (Offshore Development Center) models-for clients in the UK market. You will work closely with the presales and delivery teams to generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
1. Key Responsibilities:

Focus on selling IT outsourcing services, including:
- Custom website development
- Offshore Development Center (ODC) model
Promote and sell company products and services to the UK market
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Schedule and attend meetings (online and offline) with prospects and clients
Participate in IT expos and industry events to expand network and identify opportunities
Collaborate with the presales team to prepare technical proposals and quotations
Drive the sales process from initial contact to deal closure
Provide post-sale support and customer care, ensuring high client satisfaction
Maintain CRM records and update progress regularly

2. Requirements:

Fluent English speaking and writing skills (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales or software product sales
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to handle challenging tasks
Detail-oriented, patient, and positive
Willingness to travel for business trips and industry events as required

3. Benefits:
Compensation & Allowances:

Attractive salary package (negotiable based on experience and capability)
13th-month salary and performance bonus (14th-month salary)
Lunch allowance: 500,000 VND/month.
Holiday bonuses (April 30 & May 1, September 2, etc.).
Paid leave: 12 days of annual leave.
Remote: Wednesdays + 3 days per month.

Flexible working schedule:
- 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM
- 09:00 AM - 06:30 PM
- 09:30 AM - 07:00 PM
(Monday to Friday, remote work on Wednesdays)
Lunch break: 1.5 hours
