Mô tả công việc
1. Conduct market research, identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing customers.
2. Track monthly sales, consolidate, analyzing for monthly sales trend to have timely corrective actions to maintain, increase the sales with customers.
3. Make monthly customer visit schedule and follow up to carry out the visit as plan.
4. Support daily jobs for new projects and take part in all the customer audits at the companies for current and new products.
5. Collaborate with co-worker to follow-up of new products, pre-production schedule and mass production.
6. Co-operate with colleagues to negotiate deals and any complaints by customer in order to maintain and increase satisfaction.
7. Other tasks will be assigned and arranged by the BD Manager.
Yêu cầu
1. University degree, major in Business Administration/ Marketing or any Engineering field.
2. Age: 25-35 years old.
3. Working experiences: Preferably with more than 5 years of related working experience.
4. Able to communicate well in English and Japanese.
5. Good at Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and Power Point.
6. Good interaction and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality.
7. Have good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
8. Enjoy travelling to visit customers.
