Here are the details about the job position and requirements:
1. Main responsibility:
- Identify and acquire new clients from various industries who require HR services (Headhunting/Staffing/Payroll)
- Contact potential clients, provide consultation on company products, and close job orders.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction by addressing their inquiries about service offerings.
2. Other Responsibilities:
- Contributing to training, strategy, or any suggestion based on demand and capability.
- Completing any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
- From 4- 5 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development, and B2B sales with HR services (Headhunting and staffing is an outstanding plus).
- A positive attitude, honesty, and passion to overcome challenges are crucial for the role.
- Good communication and convincing skills are desirable.
- A good command of English is a plus.
