JOB DESCRIPTION
Investment:
Collaborating with a team to identify land and property acquisition opportunities for the company's educational expansion.
Compiling investment papers with detailed financial modeling, feasibility studies, market research, risk management, and deal structuring.
Coordinating due diligence processes, liaising with external consultants, and advising the Board of Management.
Managing official communications with external parties, ensuring proper documentation and updates for internal departments.
Filing all official writing communications with external parties in soft and hard copy and preparing regular updates for investment project and future reference.
Participating in networking events for the development of the Investment Department.
Facilitating necessary administrative tasks for business opportunities/projects.
2. Project Coordination:
Assisting the Project Management team in various project-related tasks assigned by the Head of Division or Management.
Handling project administration and coordination throughout stages, from planning to handover.
Yêu cầu
Good command of English
2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, land acquisition or project management.
Strong organization skills and a high sense of responsibility.
Ability to multitask and willingness to travel for business trips.
