Identify and develop corporate clients in assigned segments: Design & Build or Furniture
Proactively build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through multiple channels: company data, networking, events, referrals, etc.
Advise suitable solutions based on client needs
Approach clients, conduct meetings, and assess needs
Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and drive decision-making
Participate in negotiations and directly close deals
Coordinate contract finalization and related procedures
Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and partners
Update market information related to assigned segment
1-2 years of experience in Sales /
Business Development(preferably in real estate, leasing, interior, or construction industries)
Strong communication, consulting, negotiation, and closing skills
Business mindset with proactive client acquisition ability
Ability to work independently and handle sales pressure
English communication skills are a plus
