Mô tả công việc
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Qtonz Technology Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
2. Client Engagement:
- Reach out to potential clients to present Qtonz's IT services and solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
3. Sales Process Management:
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
- Analyze competitors and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
5. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and meet client needs.
7. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for the management
team.
