Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
● Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the areas of IT Outsourcing, Software Services (ERP, CRM, etc.), Cloud Solutions, and Enterprise IT Services.
● Proactively approach prospective clients through social media, email campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities.
● Conduct client meetings, introduce solutions, and provide consulting on products and services that best fit business needs.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
● Support proposal preparation, quotation submission, contract negotiation, and deal closing.
Marketing Development
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology trend analysis to identify new business opportunities.
● Execute marketing activities to promote the company's products and services.
● Support the organization of events, webinars, exhibitions, and business networking activities.
● Collaborate in developing marketing materials, sales collateral, and brand awareness initiatives.
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Korean Language, International Business, or related fields.
● [Mandatory] Korean proficiency: Fluent in both writing and speaking.
● At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, or related positions.
● Familiarity with the Korean business culture and working environment.
● Ability to work independently and strong adaptability.
● Self-driven, persistent, and capable of performing under sales pressure.
