Objective of the Position
This position will manage Whole sale/distributor channel: to be in charge of Key Account as Dai Phu Loc, Gia Thanh, Tân Tạo, Samnec.... Cooperation with back office to monitoring KPI in turnover, P/L. Build up brand image in consumer electric channel, manage PG at store, employ PSI, in/out promotion ...
Description of Key Responsibilities
In charge of sales channel development General Trade).
- Responsible for revenue, profitability, market share, inventory, forecast accuracy, product strategy and product display of assigned channel.
- Business market updates, analysis with proposal and actions for sales activities.
- Collaborate with related Departments for excellent execution.
- Lead and manage product display at Point of Purchase/Point of Sales Merchandise).
- Maintain shopfront image and manage customer relationship.
- Participating in company product line up activities
- Setup strategic solution for sell IN/OUT.
- Manage and develop Sales team members.
- Tracking PSI report & make the action

Yêu cầu
University Graduation
- Good product knowledge in the segment of consumer electronics products.
- Experienced in sales with the customer target group and in delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
- At least 3 year in consumer electric channel
- Have good relationship with key CE distributor nationwide
- Work independently and under high pressure
- Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization
- Excellent at listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good at customer-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Strong English in both verbal and written
- Specific in MT channel
- Ability to work well with a team
- Available to travel as needed
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Dynamic, self-driven, self-confident, hard and smart working.
- Professional business presence and acumen.
- Good product knowledge in the segment of consumer electronics products.
