Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a
Business Development Manager (LCL service, 2000$, ID 17186):
Accountable for recognizing and expanding business opportunities with existing clients, exploring new ventures and customers to meet overall revenue targets.
Develop and oversee LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidation services, ensuring an outstanding customer experience for LCL clients, achieving high retention rates while maintaining an active business growth plan.
Investigate emerging trends in the industry and identify opportunities to grow the business, recommending essential marketing strategies and tools.
Establish a strong professional network and identify potential clients through events and networking initiatives.
Prepare and implement monthly sales plans to achieve objectives, while providing regular reports and maintaining a business pipeline.
Negotiate with relevant stakeholders to secure more competitive rates or favorable proposals.
Collect and analyze market intelligence data.
Collaborate on departmental projects to ensure timely completion of goals and assist other teams in addressing customer-related issues or irregularities.
Fulfill KPI objectives established by the management team.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelor's Degree or higher
2-5 years of work experience in a similar position In LCL logistics
Proficient in English.
Having experience with Import goods
