Key Responsibilities:
· Working with the product & consultant teams to design sales kits including commercial proposals, sales decks, and product packages.
· Working closely with marketing teams to design for marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads
· Actively approaching & reaching potential clients to present the product & solution packages
· Get the market feedback to feed product and consultant teams to continuously improve & develop the product roadmaps
· Creating leads and opportunities by leveraging current connections, prospecting, and participating in events
· Identifying and addressing the business requirements of customers, recommending suitable services/products
· Overseeing and nurturing customer relationships
· Communicating technical and business information to customers in a clear and comprehensible manner
· Proactively following up with customers to address and resolve any issues
· Keeping customers abreast of new products/services
· Compiling proposals and generating reports using CRM and other tools
· Consistently meeting sales targets
· Providing management with regular updates on achieved sales
· Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and contact details
Requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales within the tech industry, particularly in software or software product selling.
· Fluent in both spoken and written English (comfortable in communication with overseas customers)
· Superb written and verbal communication skills
· Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency with office applications and aptitude for learning new software and systems
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
· A bachelor's degree in IT, business or a related field
Desirable (good to have)
· Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
