$1600++/month salary awaits! We're hiring a S
Business Development Manager (Plastics, ID21470) for a Foreign Invested company:
Develop and implement business development and sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify, approach, and develop potential B2B customers, key accounts, and strategic partners.
Manage customer relationships and develop long-term business partnerships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and target markets.
Manage the sales process from customer prospecting and needs analysis to product presentation, negotiation, and contract closing.
Work closely with the Technical team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Monitor sales performance and propose improvements to optimize business results.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profit targets.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
Support marketing activities and represent the company at industry events and trade shows, such as VietnamPlas and Vietnam Plastics Association events.
Coordinate customer audits and assessments with relevant internal teams.
Handle customer issues and complaints and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Provide sales updates, market insights, and forecasts to Management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Good English communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Good understanding of B2B sales and customer needs.
Proven ability to prospect new customers and build long-term relationships at all levels.
