Generate Leads Based On Market Research Report:
- Generate leads based on organizational strategy and market research, qualify them using internal resources or external experts
Sales Kit Development:
- Develop service profiles, success stories/ case studies
- Valued sales kits for targeted products/services are developed.
Accountable for prospecting and selling:
1. Prospecting:
- Develop Sales approach/ plan then approach potential new clientsand turn into increased business
- Sales approach for classified leads. Conversion rates from Prospects to Opportunities
2. Selling:
- Prepare proposal and submit
- Negotiate and close the deals
- Compose, review then negotiate to get the contract signed off
Account management:
- Manage customer's relationships
- Manage contract
- Manage customer's database
- Manage partners/ suppliers
Support marketing team and other departments/ units
1. Marketing:
- Support in market research and pricing strategy
- Support in communications planning and execution
2. Software Delivery Development:
- Support in proposal preparation
-Consult in developing Project Charter and plans to ensure no conflicts with associated Contract
3. Finance Department:
- Support in tracking payment history and following up the due payments
4. With the others:
- Support and provide them with info as required in the Value Chain
Responsible for SnM management:
1. Sales planning and reporting
2. HRM
- Responsible for Business Development resources planning
- Accountable for improving organizational consultancy skills (fromplanning to organizing, application to evaluation)
- Responsible for evaluating subordinates' performance
3. Process management
- Identify S&M process needs
- Build and improve identified processes
4. Other tasks as requested by CEO
Yêu cầu
Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ Management Information System/ or Business Administration.
- Deep understanding of products/ services provided by the company.
- Good knowledge about Marketing (Business to business - B2B Marketing).
- Fluent in English in 4 skills of Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing (At least C level, IELTS 6.0,TOEIC 700 or above).
- Consulting, prospecting skills.
- Good communication, negotiating skills, persuading skills.
- Networking skills.
- Being detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to build and reinforce the trust with customers and colleagues.
- Be proactive in proposing/ acting the solutions to obtain objectives
- Continuous improvement, innovation, and creation mindset
- Ability to quickly adapt to enterprise environment and culture
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in software development
- Experience in software project management and customer's requirement analysis is a plus
- OpenOffice, Mindmap, CRM, Trello, Basecamp, Jira, Mantis
