CLIENT OVERVIEW
Our client, Legate Enterprise ([protected info]) is a trusted household name for its range of invisible grilles. With over twenty years of experience, and its own factory, the company specializes in innovating new products that provide convenience and protection for homes. Legate supplies and installs invisible grilles, casement windows, gates, blinds, turf carpets, louvres, and smart home products for both commercial buildings and residential homes in Singapore.
Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to effectively represent the company in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing deals with both new and existing clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn about Legate's solutions and develop a deep understanding of how they can benefit customers.
• Identify potential partners in Vietnam, such as distributors, contractors, architects, interior designers, and condominium managers.
• Generate high-quality leads, undertake face-to-face follow-up with potential partners and customers, undertake demonstrations of the product, build and maintain relationships with partners and customers, negotiate and close deals.
• Work closely with the team in the head office to develop strategies for the Vietnam market.
• Meet sales targets set by the head office.
• Provide timely updates to the management team on market developments and sales performance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in marketing, business management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales and business development with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in selling solutions to contractors is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Diligence in following up with potential partners and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel.
