Mô tả công việc
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
Research and expand the customer base;
Make detailed plans to reach and work with each account customer;
Coordinate with special project managers & strategic planners to generate ideas, and strategies to show advertising messages to customers;
Proactively seek new business opportunities and deliver improvements, timely propose solutions to achieve the goals;
Organize and participate in workshops, and events to develop brand image;
Perform other tasks as required by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in the position of B2B Sales/ Business Development or similar roles;
Understanding of business, products/services, the market of online advertising, and digital marketing is a big plus;
Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment;
Good communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
Soft skills:
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence business and technical audiences;
Strong decision-making skills, analytical thinking skills, and Risk management skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong planning, organizing, forecasting skills;
Strong adapts organizational strategies;
Understanding of a multi-faceted business operation.
